Driving Africa Digital Services Limited was founded in 2026 by Isaac Nnamdi and Sarah Effiong - two people who saw the same problem from very different angles.
Isaac Nnamdi - Founder & CEO
With over a decade of driving experience using ride-hailing services within Nigeria and Abroad, Isaac gained deep insight into the everyday realities drivers and passengers face - from poor driver welfare and unpaid wait times to safety concerns, vehicle breakdowns, and the lack of genuine support systems within the industry.
Driven by a deep passion for mobility, people, and problem-solving, Isaac founded Drift247 to bridge these gaps and create a platform that prioritises fairness, safety, reliability, and community. His vision was shaped by his professional experience as a driver in the UK, and a deep understanding of the gaps within existing transport systems in the Nigerian environment.
Under his leadership, Drift247 is being built as more than just a ride-hailing platform - but as a people-focused ecosystem designed to improve the experience, dignity, and opportunities of both drivers and passengers.
Isaac currently leads the company's vision, growth, partnerships, and strategic direction from the United Kingdom.
Sarah Effiong — Co-Founder & CTO
Sarah brought the technical firepower. A seasoned backend and AI/ML engineer with years of experience leading engineering and product teams, she understood exactly what it would take to build a platform that could hold up at scale - and do it right.
Together, they founded Drift247: a safety-first ride-hailing platform built specifically for Nigeria, with plans to expand across Africa.

Founder & CEO
Isaac knows the ride-hailing industry from the inside out. Having driven on platforms like Uber, he experienced firsthand the gaps in driver welfare, community, and passenger safety that existing platforms ignored. That experience became the foundation of Drift247. Isaac leads the company's vision, strategy, and growth from the UK.
Sarah Effiong
Co-founder & CTO
Sarah is a seasoned backend and AI/ML engineer with extensive experience building and leading technical teams. She has served as both a technical lead and product lead across multiple projects, and brings the engineering depth and product thinking needed to build Drift247 the right way — from infrastructure to user experience.
